Enteric pathogen antimicrobial resistance 2024 update

Feedlot enteric pathogen AMR update. Fecal samples were collected from feedlot cattle within 30 days of slaughter from 18 feedlots in AB, SK, and ON. Resistance to antimicrobials was measured E. coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter and enterococci isolates.
